Lights of Joy

Lights of Joy is a 501c3 corporate non-profit. If you would like a tax receipt, please ask the attendant. The most prominent feature of our holiday lights display is the lighting of the landscape. There are 246 trees with lights in them. The trunks of the pine trees are wrapped in colored lights, and the hardwood trees are filled with white lights. There are four trees with over 20,000 lights and dozens of musical trees.

The musical trees are synchronized to Christmas music. Our house is synchronized to music, and other sections of the yard are also synchronized to music. Our 700 feet of road frontage is lighted, and our display extends to Future’s church across the street. 60 Holly bushes have been shaped into Christmas trees across the front and are all lit. These contain about 150,000 lights. We feature “The Tunnel of Joy” with over 100,000 lights, Santa in a helicopter, Santa on a tractor, Santa on a golf cart, a giant star, many festive characters, and a lot of new electronic lights.

1510 Ben King Rd NW, Kennesaw

Ashebrooke Night of Lights

Over 300 houses in this neighborhood participate in one of the most amazing neighborhood displays there is. This is a great drive-through idea any time during the holiday season, but there is also a special one-night event where you will see some great extras, including live participants, nativities, and maybe even Santa walking around and waving.

Jessica
Jessica is an adventure-loving, over-committing, and previously organized mother of 2! She and her husband (high school sweethearts) moved to Atlanta in 2006 after graduating college, ready to start their life in the “real world”. They have experienced so many wonderful life milestones while in Atlanta – lived in Buckhead pre-kids, bought a house in great Smyrna neighborhood, had their first child in 2011 (a spunky little girl, Vivian), welcomed their second child exactly 18 months later in 2012 (a creative and crazy little boy, Harrison), and most recently added a Golden Doodle named Winston into the mix. Jessica and her family have since moved to the burbs of Milton where you now find them past 2 horse farms on the right. Jessica has always loved being part of a community, so when the opportunity to join the Atlanta Mom executive team presented itself it was a no brainer! She loved it so much, in fact, that in 2021 she and Natalie joined forces to lead the team and continue connecting with awesome moms across the ATL!
