Neighborhood Displays
Smyrna Market Village
The tradition of holiday markets dates back to 1393 in Frankfurt, Germany. Advent markets, also known as Christkindl markets or Santa Clause markets, began in Germany but spread quickly throughout Europe. At one time, it was the only place and time of the year to buy Christmas tree ornaments. Throughout December, European old town squares are aglow with lights during these festivals and packed with shoppers, artists and musicians.
The Smyrna Holiday Lights and Market will be held from 3pm-9pm on Friday, December 2nd, from noon to 9pm on Saturday, December 3rd and from noon to 7pm on Sunday, December 4th in the Smyrna Market Village and the Smyrna Village Green.
2800 King St SE, Smyrna
Holiday Lights at Brook Run Park
Holiday Lights return! Help us kickoff this annual tradition at Brook Run Park with a self guided walkable display of 100,000 lights, ceremonial lighting and free hot cocoa. This is a free display that runs nightly for the entire month of December!
4770 N Peachtree Rd, Dunwoody
Santa’s Village of Roswell
An annual tradition in our house! This is just one house in a random neighborhood, but they go ALL OUT. Just a few of the fabulous displays include an animatronic Santa Band, a huge “elf find”, full Christmas story will light up displays, and so much more. On most nights they also have train rides around the block also. They also run a huge toy drive where they collect hundreds of Toys for Tots.
405 Waverly Hall Drive, Roswell
Portland Family Christmas Lights
With more than 100,000 lights, a fire-breathing dragon, a 30-foot Grinch inflatable, tons of eye-catching Christmas movie scenes, a 35-foot Frosty the Snowman and SO MUCH more, this house must be on your list to visit this year. They welcome visits every night and shining later Friday and Saturday.

Smoot Family Christmas Light Show
This house is more than light displays, it is a full light show experience. Drive up to listen and watch the synchronized light show with all your favorite Christmas music.

Gaddy Family Christmas Light Extravaganza
A drive-thru light display like you have never seen before. The Gaddy family has been at it for over 20 years and gets better and better every year. Open nightly from Thanksgiving thru January 1, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Lights of Joy
The most prominent feature of our holiday lights display is the lighting of the landscape. There are 246 trees with lights in them. The trunks of the pine trees are wrapped in colored lights and the hardwood trees are filled with white lights. There are four trees with over 15,000 lights. There are 40 musical trees.
The 40 musical trees are synchronized to Christmas music.
Our house is synchronized to music and other sections of the yard are also synchronized to music. Our 700 feet of road frontage is lighted and our display extends to the church across the street.
60 Holly bushes have been shaped into Christmas trees across the front and are all lighted. These contain about 150,000 lights.
We feature “The Tunnel of Joy” with over 100,000 lights, Santa in a helicopter, Santa on a tractor, Santa on a golf cart, a giant star and many other characters.
1510 Ben King Rd NW, Kennesaw
Ashebrooke Night of Lights
Over 300 houses in this neighborhood participate in one of the most amazing neighborhood displays there is. This is a great drive-through idea any time during the holiday season, but there is also a special one-night event where you will see some great extras, including live participants, nativities, and maybe even Santa walking around and waving.
5020 Luke Dr, Cumming
I ❤️ your site. TY for all the time and effort from all of you. Heads up – and you may not put it in here – no worries, not offended. IHCC (Indian Hills Country Club) in Marietta has a Festival of Lights competition each year in our neighborhood which consists of 1700 homes. If you want a link, lmk and I’ll get you one. Otherwise, have the most wonderful Thanksgiving and stay amazing! All my best, Karen Mack
