Alison Paul

Alison is a Florida transplant who came to Atlanta just in time for the ’96 Olympics. She married her husband Travis that same year and is the proud mama of daughter Carolyn, 21, and son Emory, 18. She is a self-employed web and graphic designer, rooster art collector, and squirrel enthusiast. She enjoys blogging, watching her kids follow their dreams, and spending as much time as possible on her back deck.

Ashley has lived in Atlanta most of her life and has raised her two boys in Gwinnett County with her high school sweetheart husband. She is a professional photographer who enjoys working with teens in front of the camera and in the community and has been blogging for moms of teens for over 5 years. She loves football- she cheers on the Dawgs every Saturday in the Fall and is a lifelong Pittsburgh Steelers fanatic. Now that her boys are older, she can focus more on her business and hobbies, which most recently include tennis and trying her hand at watercolor painting. She loves a good massage, good wine, and good company (as long as she’s in bed by 9pm).

Audrey Quinones

Originally from Puerto Rico, Audrey grew up in a military family moving across the southeast US. She moved to Atlanta in 2013 for work and fell in love with the city and her now husband, Jorge. Audrey has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico in Mayaguez, an MBA from Kennesaw State University, and now works as a Quality Assurance Engineer for a global communications company. She is an advocate for infertility and pregnancy loss and co-founded and co-hosted the Infertilidad Latina podcast, a “Spanglish” podcast that provides support for the Latinx community. After battling infertility and repeated pregnancy loss for over five years, she is now a new mom of a beautiful rainbow baby boy, Matteo Makai, who was born via Surrogacy in Ukraine. She loves to write and wrote a children’s book titled Now Imagine: A story for our rainbow baby to cope during the difficult time. She journals about her journey to motherhood on her page @travelingtobaby. She is a world traveler, loves culture, and languages. She speaks three languages (English, Spanish and Italian) and hopes to master Ukrainian someday. She lives by the quote, “If there is a will, there is a way.”

Caitlyn Viviano

Caitlyn is a military spouse and mom to three children under seven. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Johns Hopkins University and worked as an elementary school counselor before having children. She continues to support and advocate for public schools but has found writing is her true passion. She is currently working on writing a children’s book about unicorns inspired by her daughter Chloe. When she is not writing or chasing after her kids she enjoys painting, baking, and has just started gardening. She recently left South Carolina and moved to Georgia and is looking forward to making Georgia home for the next few years until the Air Force tells her otherwise.

Originally from Charleston, SC, Courtney moved to Atlanta in 2021 and quickly made Georgia her home. She has always loved writing and graduated with a degree in Journalism from the University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!). After spending two years as a stay-at-home mom, she now works in marketing for a national tire company. She lives with her golf-loving husband and spunky daughter who loves Frozen, animals, and any outdoor playground. Courtney is a proud enneagram 6, a fitness enthusiast, and an avid reader. Dana Shemesh

Dana is a wife and mother of two active boys, ages 12 and 8.  She was born in Tel Aviv and raised in Atlanta. She has an extensive background in journalism and public relations.  Dana is currently enjoying a hiatus from fulltime office employment.  Although she is able to spend more time at home – she marvels at the fact that she still gets less done than ever before.

Dominique recently moved to the Northeast Atlanta area from “Big Orange Country” TN with her husband and two daughters. She has a BA in Communications from UTC and worked in HR and recruiting before becoming a stay-at home mom. Dominique is a social butterfly who loves crafting and being creative. You can find fun craft ideas, activities, and DIY on her IG hobby page called @create_imagine_play. When she isn’t crafting, she enjoys kickboxing, camping with her family, trying new recipes and roller skating. She is looking forward to exploring her new area with her family and turning into a Georgia peach.

Emily is originally from New York City and moved to Georgia with her family. She met her husband at work and they have been together for ten years (married for 5 years). They have three wild and sweet sons. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, crafting, exploring her city, and going on adventures with her family. Emily blogs and writes about motherhood, her adventures, documenting life, and so much more at “The Emi Times.”

Jessie is married to a pilot, has two kids (a daughter and a son) plus a dog who thinks he’s a cheetah. She is a proud mom, an aspiring foodie (which mostly means she likes to eat), an okay-ish musician, and a crafter with an impressive collection of unfinished projects. Jessie and family traded the Knoxville area for Newnan, GA, in 2024 to be closer to family and the Atlanta airport.  She’s a Tennessee Vol fan in a sea of Georgia fans, bravely wearing orange while singing “Rocky Top” at the top of her lungs. Jessie and her family love to explore new places, from Zoo Atlanta to the local farmers’ market. They’re taking full advantage of their proximity to the busiest airport in the world by traveling with the enthusiasm of a toddler who’s been promised ice cream. Jessie hopes to document their adventures as they learn all about the local parks, hikes, festivals, and attractions that south Atlanta has to offer.

Jill is an adventure-loving, iced coffee-drinking, recovering perfectionist and mom of two. After a number of years and adventures in Washington, D.C., she moved back home to Georgia and settled in Woodstock. Jill lives with her husband, two sweet littles—a thoughtful, loquacious 5-year-old and a fearless 3-year-old ready to take on (over?) the world—and her fur-st born hound, Apollo. Jill is a part-time photographer, writer, digital marketer, and full-time mom (aren’t we all?).

Kelly is an aspiring free spirit, a metro-Atlanta native, and stay-at-home-mom to a mischievous 2-year-old and spirited 5-year-old. When she is not chasing her kiddos through Walt Disney World, you can find Kelly running on a trail, scoping out local markets, cheering on the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Tech football, reading, writing, and sipping iced coffee. After a wonderful 4 years exploring St. Louis, MO, she moved back to her home state of Georgia and settled down in a sweet little neighborhood in Smyrna. She lives with her husband of 10 years, her two sweet daughters, and their fur-kids: a dog named Molly and a cat named Caesar.

Krystal Smith

Krystal Smith is a proud alumni of Kennesaw State University and a dedicated teacher of Family and Consumer Sciences. Residing just north of Atlanta with her vibrant daughter, Krystal balances her love for teaching with her entrepreneurial spirit as the owner of Winter Plum Cakery in Smyrna, GA, where her beautifully crafted desserts bring joy to her community.

Beyond her classroom and cakery, Krystal is a budding children’s book author. And if she isn’t writing, teaching or parenting, you will find her sewing and hosting lively book club gatherings.

Larissa is a mom to 1 inquisitive and empathetic six-year-old and wife to a smart and funny Georgia Tech grad.  Her parents were born and raised in Atlanta, her mom is from Peoplestown and her dad is from Kirkwood. Larissa is a former Army brat and when her dad retired, they settled back in Georgia. She earned degrees from The University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) and Georgia State University. She worked and played in the Atlanta area until she moved to the burbs with her husband. They got the house with a yard, a dog named Gus, and started raising their kiddo.  She is a work-from-home mom with a background in health education and wellbeing. She is a Cobb County mom with Atlanta roots. You can find her at an outdoor yoga class with her sister or at a local food or wine festival with friends. Larissa loves college football, festivals, fitness, travel, and creating memories with her family.

Lauraill Williams

Lauraill is an attorney specializing in the areas of juvenile law and family, but her most important job holds the title “Mama”. Lauraill spends most of her non-work-related time planning both small and large events for her three babies; first born son Arlington, middle child princess Logan and baby boy Destin. She and her husband, Abraham, were both born and raised in Georgia and are currently raising their tribe in McDonough, Ga. Lauraill loves yoga, spa days, party planning, and all forms of art. She has always enjoyed writing and has tackled some of life’s biggest transitions through blogging. Lauraill believes wholeheartedly that “the perfect day, starts with coffee and ends with wine.”

Marian lives in Dallas, Ga with her husband, Carl, and their two kids, Kingston and Marlee. Marian holds a doctorate degree in Higher Education Leadership and Administration from Georgia Southern University along with four degrees from the University of West Georgia. She works as a senior executive at an Atlanta-based management consulting firm and as a part-time Associate Professor of English. Marian has been a published writer for the last 15 years as well as written professionally for several corporate websites, blogs, and social media platforms. When she isn’t reading or writing, Marian enjoys traveling and trying new foods and absorbing various cultures with her husband and kids. They’ve visited more than a dozen countries and been all across North America.

Nina Ferentinos

Five years ago Nina moved from Toronto to the great state of Georgia with her husband, her two daughters, and son. They found a beautiful house and supportive community in Sandy Springs and have been residents since. Nina is originally from Germany, specifically Wolfsburg, which is the town where the Volkswagen factory has its Headquarters. All her relatives still live in Germany and she visits them often. Her European accent is hard to hide but also makes her memorable. In 2020 Nina created her own Photography Business (IG: @NinaFerentinosPhotography) which specializes in Family, Newborn, and Branding photography. Her goal is to create beautiful images for families to remember and help business owners to elevate their brand. When Nina is not working on her business or spending time with her family, she enjoys cooking, reading, crafting, and sometimes a bit of gardening. Traveling around the world and learning about new cultures has always been a great pleasure for Nina’s family. She and her husband believe that exploring new places broadens everyone’s horizon.

Sandra is a so-southern, second-generation Korean-American, born and raised in Rome, Georgia. She moved to Atlanta to attend Georgia Tech and never left! She and her husband, Alex, live in Smyrna with their two daughters, Mia and Emmie. They are a tight-knit family that enjoys adventures, travel, and pajama days at home! Sandra has a passion for celebrations, both large and small…from holidays to birthdays to random Tuesdays…she loves them all! She recently began sharing her passion on Instagram @sandracelebrates and is excited to share her entertaining, crafting, and family fun ideas on Atlanta Mom!

Tara was raised in Atlanta and graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. She is taking a break from the corporate world to focus on raising her children, caring for her aging parents, and volunteering. She enjoys sharing ideas on wellness, and sustainability, staying engaged during a career break, and preserving family memories. Tara and her husband spent years traveling the world before kids, and plan to continue the tradition with them. When she squeezes in some free time, you might find her practicing yoga, writing, reading, or curating family photo books.

Taylor Belshause

Taylor is a metro Atlanta native and proud graduate of the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). After several years in Florida and California, Taylor and her husband moved back home to Georgia in 2022 and soon welcomed their son, Theo. They live in Midtown with their sweet rescue pup, Sunny, and love soaking up all that intown life has to offer. When not chasing her toddler across Piedmont Park and the Beltline, you’ll find her grabbing a taco and margarita at Taqueria Del Sol every Friday, squeezing in a yoga class, redecorating her house, or planning corporate events for work. She’s forever on the hunt for the best toddler-friendly intown eats and mom and dad date night spots!

Tracie is a Florida girl who fell in love with Atlanta’s southern charm after graduating from college. She currently lives in the John’s Creek area with her husband and four kids. If you don’t see her in a carpool line or at a kid’s sports field, she’s most likely at home writing or in her virtual classroom where she teaches high school students in language arts. Vanessa is a yoga loving, blog writing, coffee drinking Alpharetta mom. Originally from the Chicago metro area, she moved to Atlanta in 2005. Life keeps her busy juggling a career in the insurance industry, being a wife of 10 years, and maintaining what sanity is left to parent her son and daughter – ages 7 and 5.
