Mary Peale, a friendly neighbor, who made these signs for us and a few other neighbors, came up with the perfect activity for you and your little ones!

This DIY “Boo” sign is a fun way to get into the Halloween spirit and make a personalized decoration for your home.

Materials You’ll Need:

Additional Supplies:

  • Spray Paint (in your favorite Halloween colors!)
  • Gorilla Glue (for adhering pieces securely)
  • Paint Brushes (for adding painted details)

Instructions:

  1. Paint the Sign – Begin by spray-painting the wooden sign with a festive Halloween color.
  2. Apply Decals – Add your Halloween decals, like witches, black cats, or other spooky designs.
  3. Attach the Stakes – Secure wooden stakes to the sign for display ease.
  4. Add a Fun Message – Customize your sign with a fun message like “We’ve Been Boo’d!” for that extra Halloween touch.
