Coffee! Yes we love our coffee! Especially when the weather cools down and we get to indulge in our favorite fall coffee drinks that warm our souls and we can literally taste the season that we are in.

But of course that Starbucks coffee goodness comes with a cost, it’s high in calories and in sugar. Never paid attention? I hadn’t either until I started seeing those Starbucks images floating around social media that told the sugar content. I also started to focus on taking better care of myself and limiting my daily sugar intake and try my best not to drink my calories in order to help better control my weight.

That’s when I came across an Instagram account about a year ago that shared the best low calories (and sugar) Starbucks recipes and how to order them. Since the creator is a former Starbucks employee and has over a million followers, I had a feeling he knew what he was talking about and these altered drink must taste as good as the real thing.

So I am going to share a few of his fall coffee recipes from Starbucks (and how to order them like a pro) without all of the scary calories and sugar content.

Pumpkin Spice “Latte”
