The Atlanta Mom team is growing and we are currently looking for fresh, local voices who are passionate about our city and interested in sharing their stories! We have committed to creating a community where ALL moms feel welcomed at the table and we find it’s a whole lot easier to do that when you can relate to who is already there.
This is a volunteer position, but there are some really fun perks to make it all worthwhile. Here’s what you need to know::
Who we are looking for….
The Atlanta area is a vibrant community with so many amazing parenting styles and cultural, ethnic and racial backgrounds represented and we would love to continue to build a team that echoes the diversity of our community. With that in mind, the writers we are looking for are……
- Moms in the greater Atlanta area who have a passion for motherhood, our city and enjoy writing
- Women with a sense of humor and zest for life who don’t tend to take themselves too seriously
- A diverse group of women who represent the demographics of our community
- Moms of children of all ages, from infants to college-age and beyond.
What you GIVE….
- Minimum one original post per month that fits within the brand and mission of Atlanta Mom
- An active presence on social media
- A minimum of a six month commitment, beginning 2023
- Availability for in-person quarterly contributor meetings
- A passion for moms, kids, and the greater Atlanta area!
- A reliable, positive, and fun personality!

- Your photo and bio on the Atlanta Mom Contributor Team Page {with links to your personal blog and/or social media handles if you choose to share them}
- A professional headshot and team photo shoot with the Atlanta Mom team

- Potential opportunities to test out products and/or services before reviewing them for Atlanta Mom
