Atlanta Food Halls to Visit

Food markets and food halls have been a recent growing trend around the city, with the opening of Marietta Square Market, the Chattahoochee Food Works, and the most recent Roswell Junction. Each food market offers a unique variety of food vendors from Korean to Cuban to Atlanta’s greatest burger; surely you can find something to enjoy. They are a really great way to satisfy a bunch of different palates, so if you have some picky eaters or if your family is just not on the same page, maybe try out one of these notable Atlanta food markets.

Central Food Hall in Ponce City Market – You can find Central Food Hall right off the Beltline, which makes this one of my favorite food markets. Indulge in a highly sought-after H&F Burger and then enjoy art and music on the Beltline after dinner with your family. Don’t forget to check out The Roof after your meal to experience vintage games such as skeeball and mini-golf!

Krog Street Market – If nothing at Central Food Hall grabbed your attention, head down the Beltline to Krog Street Market. Here you can find my favorite sandwich shop, Fred’s Meat & Bread. I have a really hard time not getting the Philly Cheesesteak. You won’t regret it!

Chattahoochee Food Works – This is an awesome venue for families. Inside, you can find some amazing Cuban sandwiches at Cubano’s ATL, oysters on the half shell at The Smoked Pearl, ice cream for the littles at Morelli’s Ice cream, and don’t forget to visit Dr. Scofflaw’s Brewing for some of Atlanta’s very own brews. Just outside of The Works is a small playground area where you can let your littles run and play while you and your spouse reconnect over delicious food and beverages.

Roswell Junction – Roswell Junction brings together chef-curated food, craft-made drinks, and nonstop entertainment in one of the most dynamic food halls, event spaces, and sports bar destinations in Roswell. Designed for families, friends, sports fans, and event hosts alike, our venue delivers a one-of-a-kind experience that goes far beyond a traditional restaurant or bar.

Marietta Square Market – I love Marietta and the historic feel of the entire town. Even though the food market is new, it is situated adjacent to Marietta’s historic railroad and features hints of historical architecture. One of my favorite places in the market is Creme de la Crepe. There’s nothing like a warm, freshly made crepe stuffed with your favorite sweet or salty fillings. Stop for bubble tea at Tiny Bubbles on your way out to explore the square!

Ph’east at The Battery – Ph’east is a micro food market focusing on street foods from different parts of Asia situated right in Atlanta’s very own The Battery. Here you can choose from poké, Thai, and even ramen among the other Far East-inspired street foods. Stop by before the game or simply order take-out and enjoy some of these amazing cuisines on the lawn while you watch our very own Atlanta Braves play on the big screen.

Halcyon Alpharetta – The center features a curated mix of boutiques, specialty retailers, and national brands, plus a Halcyon Market Hall for everyday essentials. Dining options range from fine dining to casual fare, with chef‑driven restaurants and bars. The layout encourages walking between stores and restaurants, making it ideal for leisurely exploration.
