Doula Vida Atlanta

Doula Vida Atlanta is a seasoned mother–daughter doula team serving Alpharetta, Roswell, Johns Creek, Milton, Cumming, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, and Atlanta.

We offer two distinct birth doula packages to meet families where they are — including a comprehensive birth doula + childbirth education experience and a streamlined option for the seasoned parent.

Our work blends evidence-based education with grounded, hands-on support. During prenatal visits, we apply Body Ready Method® principles to support optimal alignment, comfort, and more functional labor. We specialize in hospital births (including natural births within the hospital setting), home births, VBAC, IVF, NICU journeys, and medically complex pregnancies.

In addition to birth support, we provide daytime and overnight postpartum doula care. Our overnight newborn care allows families to rest deeply in the early weeks, while daytime support focuses on recovery, feeding guidance, and building confidence at home.

Trauma-informed, inclusive, and welcoming to all family structures, we are committed to emotionally intelligent, relationship-centered care.

Complimentary 30-minute consultations are available for families preparing for birth or settling into the fourth trimester.
