An Apple A Day!
It’s officially fall and, as of this last weekend, it finally feels like fall! For our family, this time of year is all about festivals, pumpkin carving, and all things apples! Apple cider, apple and pecan salads, caramel apples, and today’s focus: apple snacks.
Here’s my current situation – the kids just got off the bus and we have tennis lessons starting in 45 minutes, so I have put them to work preparing their own snack (while I find the tennis rackets and shoes!). It’s a super easy and healthy snack that will keep them energized until dinner tonight.
