Georgia’s most visited attraction is making it easier for families to discover endless adventure and family-friendly activities this year. The Pre-K Pass, a new program at Stone Mountain Park, ensures children ages 3-5 can enjoy family-friendly park attractions free of charge. Online registration is required for the complimentary Pre-K Pass and activation must take place at the park by May 15, 2024.

Stone Mountain is a 3,200-acre park that includes more than a dozen family attractions, historical and natural sights, dozens of special events, two on-site hotels, Georgia’s largest campground, two championship golf courses, and expansive natural woodlands with hiking trails.

Three to five-year-olds can experience popular attractions like Summit Skyride, Dinosaur Explore, and Camp Highland Outpost, and visit throughout the year during exciting festivals like the NEW Dino Fest, Summer At The Rock, Pumpkin Festival, and Stone Mountain Christmas for free at Stone Mountain Park.

Pre-K Pass Registration Information

  1. Register Online. Visit stonemountainpark.com/PRE-K to register your 3-5-year-old for free before visiting the park. Registration must be completed by May 15, 2024.  Children 2 and under are always free and don’t need a pass. Make sure to register at least 24 hours in advance of visiting the park.
  2. Activate at the Park. After registering online, bring your child to the park to activate their pass. Remember to bring a valid birth certificate or passport to show proof of age or date of birth in 2019, 2020, or 2021. Documents can be originals, photocopies, or digital copies.
  3. Play! After being activated at the park, your child’s free Pre-K Pass is good for unlimited visits to Stone Mountain Park attractions for twelve months.

Located 15 miles from downtown Atlanta, Stone Mountain Park is directly off of U.S. Highway 78 and easily accessible from Atlanta interstates.
