Atlanta Coffee Shops We Love

Whether you like your coffee iced, hot or with a double shot of espresso, today is a day (well, really any day) to celebrate the “mommy juice” that keeps us all going! Atlanta has so many options… so here is a look at our favorite spots around town.

ITP Coffee Shops

Crazy Love Coffee House: One of the cutest coffee shops around, plus some fantastic coffee. This adorable house-turned coffee shop has room to hang out with your cup of Joe. Make sure you try one of their amazing Belgian waffles with a variety of toppings while you are there!

Dancing Goats Coffee: We LOVE their patio at Ponce City Market. With the weather (hopefully) cooling down soon, it is a great place to sip on your favorite cup of coffee with or without your little ones. Not to mention, Batdorf & Bronson coffee is featured.

JavaVino: Located near VaHi, this cute little house, turned cafe, is great for a chat with a girlfriend while the kids are in school. And if you feel like a glass of wine, they have that too.

The Corner Cup: We are biased because it serves on our favorite local chai (Cabbagetown Chai), but this local up-and-coming shop located in North Decatur is one to hit up if you are in the area.

Café Intermezzo: This is our go-to coffee shop to cap off an in-town date night. With the coffee menu looking more like a novel, they have endless drink options.

Chattahoochee Coffee Company: Talk about a hidden gem, located at the back of an apartment complex, along the Chattahoochee River. It has gained popularity over the last few years, so the general public can only visit during the week.

Brash Coffee Roasters: At BRASH, our single purpose is to produce the best coffee we know how. We want to share our inspiration and passion for coffee and create a community through the celebration of it. The most important aspect of what we do when sourcing is developing lasting relationships with the farmers we work with. We visit single farms and buy the highest quality coffees we can find. We believe in meticulously procuring, roasting, and preparing coffee in a way that honors everyone involved, from the farmers to the roasters to the baristas. We are pursuers of simple, delicious coffee.

OTP

Queen Been Coffee Company: Small, family own business in McDonough, GA that has story time in the summer and a room full of kid books.

Rev Coffee: You might have seen this spot pop up on our Instagram feed a couple of times. Clearly, it is a favorite with our Smyrna-area locals. Their coffee can be found around the city – including “Holler and Dash” in West Midtown. This can be the perfect spot to work remotely or bring the kids in for a tasty smoothie in the summer or apple cider in the fall/winter.

Land of a Thousand Hills: You can find this coffee shop in historic downtown Roswell and enjoy live music on Friday and Saturday nights.

Chattahoochee Coffee Company:  They have 3 locations serving Atlanta area moms! Two locations are nestled along the river. The newest location in Smyrna is right around the corner from Reformation Brewery and the only “Tiny Door ATL” is OTP! They serve local chai tea, Cabbagetown Chai as well.

Rushing Trading Co: At Rushing Trading Co. we provide delicious craft espresso using the organic beans roasted by Cloudland Coffee out of Johns Creek Georgia. Coming fresh to us every week, our coffee comes from small, women-owned farms throughout South America. Our trained baristas have been taught to extract the wonderful flavors that capture the ideas of these amazing coffee farmers. Zen Tea provides our seasonal loose-leaf teas out of Chamblee Georgia. We always stock specialty green, hibiscus, and black tea that consistently changes.

Valor: Started by Ross Walters, Riley Westbrook, and Ethan Rivers, we’re an organization founded on the goal of giving guests, partners, and employees an uplifting experience through care and intentionality. Valor is a group of fun, genuine, invested individuals who are passionate and excited about being a servant to others. See how we live out this mission through wholesale partnerships and in our cafe.

Warm Waves Coffee: Warm Waves Coffee exists because of our love of coffee and our desire to build relationships with our community and farming partners.  Our coffee house was designed to be inviting and comfortable.  A place to meet a friend, meet a colleague to collaborate on a project, or just a place to sit with a book and a cup of quality coffee.

{We know this doesn’t capture all the coffee shops in and around Atlanta. So leave a comment and let us know where you like to grab your favorite cup}
