Janice is originally from Puerto Rico (Caribbean Gal) and currently living in Smyrna with her husband, Rafael, and their two very wild boys, Carlos Eduardo and Mateo Luca. Send reinforcements please! She is outnumbered by boys around her, but forever Queen of the house! She currently holds a position as a Category Manager in Procurement for Novelis (Global Aluminum supplier and biggest recycler in the world). Janice went to the University of Puerto Rico where she got her undergraduate degree in Industrial Management and currently attending Louisiana State University for her MBA. She loves travelling around the world with her family and learning about new cultures and cuisines. She enjoys cooking, dancing, fashion, the beach, sports, and wine! They love to have fun as a family, movie night is a big thing around their household as well a Baseball! Their backyard looks like a baseball field, just after a game! She likes to surround herself with people that motivate her, empower her, and support her with her personal goals as well as in this amazing motherhood journey. Janice considers herself a fun time with a good sense of humor. She believes that laughter makes everything better (and brownies)! Always trying to learn something new, help others and be the best mommy, wife, sister, daughter, and fabulous friend that she could be!
